Remote-first IT operations Poland-based team

Remote IT operations for growing Microsoft-based businesses

Add dependable capacity for users, Microsoft 365, endpoints and infrastructure. Start with a scoped project, co-managed IT or defined remote operations.

Based in Krakow, Poland. Coverage, escalation and on-site dependencies are agreed before onboarding.

When support needs to become a system

When the current IT model stops scaling

TeleAudyt adds defined capacity where an internal team, local provider or project owner needs practical execution and clear responsibility.

Your internal IT team is overloaded

Recurring user requests, Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint work are consuming the time needed for higher-value decisions.

Ownership is split across providers

Tickets move between people without a shared queue, documented boundary or reliable path for technical escalation.

A project needs experienced capacity

A migration, identity cleanup or infrastructure change needs a scoped team, acceptance criteria and a practical handover.

Ways to work together

Start with the model that matches the responsibility

Discovery identifies one practical starting model. Scope, service window, access and escalation are documented before work begins.

Defined outcome

Scoped IT project

For a specific change that needs milestones, acceptance and handover.

  • Microsoft 365 or identity readiness
  • Network, VPN or firewall change
  • Migration or implementation delivery

Boundary: steady-state support is scoped separately.

Ongoing operations

Remote managed operations

For companies ready to define remote ownership for selected day-to-day IT operations.

  • User, endpoint and access operations
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Service review and improvement backlog

Boundary: assessment, documentation and local hands are required.

Review operational fit

Service scope

Practical support across the systems your team uses every day

TeleAudyt focuses on work that can be owned, documented and reviewed remotely. The exact in-scope inventory is agreed with each client.

01

User and endpoint support

Resolve defined Windows, device, application and peripheral requests while keeping ownership and escalation visible.

02

Microsoft 365 and identity

Operate users, groups, licenses, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA and agreed access workflows.

03

Network and remote access

Support documented LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and firewall environments with vendor and local-hands dependencies made explicit.

04

Backup and security operations

Help operate selected controls such as access administration, endpoint protection, patching, backup checks and restore coordination.

05

Implementations and migrations

Move from discovery through dependencies, change planning, testing, acceptance and documented handover.

How engagement works

From a useful conversation to defined delivery

No generic package is forced onto the environment. Each step produces a concrete operating artifact.

  1. 01

    Fit call

Clarify the business need, users, systems, ownership and remote-delivery constraints.

    Artifact: fit notes
  2. 02

    Clear scope

Define in-scope work, exclusions, service window, roles, acceptance and commercial terms.

    Artifact: SOW or proposal
  3. 03

    Structured onboarding

Map responsibility, documentation, channels, access, escalation and local hands.

    Artifact: onboarding checklist
  4. 04

    Operate and improve

Handle the agreed workload, report activity and maintain a practical improvement backlog.

    Artifact: service review

Measured work, visible responsibility

Remote-first by design, transparent about ownership

Our primary delivery model fits user and endpoint support, Microsoft 365 administration, identity, VPN and network operations, backup oversight and planned technical change.

Coverage is defined for the client's time zone. Work requiring someone on site is identified during discovery and included only when a delivery method has been explicitly arranged.

Review delivery questions

Administrative access

Access starts with defined boundaries

The onboarding plan defines who can access each system, through which approved path and for what purpose.

  • Named accounts and MFA in the proposed access-control standard
  • Least-privilege roles and customer-specific scope
  • Documented changes, escalation and offboarding responsibilities

The final control set depends on the contracted scope, client platforms and verified operating process. Regulatory or certification work is scoped separately.

A practical fit

Clear about where remote delivery works

Strong fit

  • Growing B2B company with roughly 20-149 people
  • Microsoft 365 and Windows are central to daily work
  • Internal IT needs capacity or a scoped technical partner
  • Remote-first delivery and documented boundaries are acceptable

Usually not a fit

  • Consumer or one-device repair
  • Same-day on-site repair in the United States
  • An engagement requiring an entirely US-based team
  • Guaranteed compliance, recovery or 24/7 coverage without a separately verified scope

Common questions

What buyers usually need to clarify

Scope and responsibility are discussed directly rather than hidden behind a broad service label.

Where is the TeleAudyt team based?

TeleAudyt is based in Krakow, Poland. The US offer uses a remote-first delivery model. We do not present the team as US-based or imply a local US office.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes. Co-managed IT defines the queue, platforms or escalation layer TeleAudyt owns while strategy, priorities and final business-risk decisions remain with your team.

What service hours do you offer for US companies?

Coverage is agreed around your time zone, support needs and escalation model. The approved service window and response targets are documented in the proposal before onboarding. We do not advertise 24/7 support unless it is specifically staffed and contracted.

Do you provide on-site support in the United States?

Our standard model is remote. Work requiring an on-site technician must be identified during discovery and explicitly included in the delivery plan. We do not present remote delivery as local US coverage.

Can you support security and compliance requirements?

We support practical IT and security controls such as MFA, access administration, endpoint protection, patching, firewall management, backup operations and restore support. Regulatory, certification or attestation work requires a separately defined scope and does not automatically make an organization compliant.

What happens after we submit the form?

A consultant reviews the company profile and support need. If it fits the remote delivery model, the next step is a fit call covering users, systems, coverage, ownership and the most practical starting scope.

Schedule a consultation

Is there a practical fit for your IT workload?

Share the company profile and support need. We will review whether a scoped project, co-managed IT or remote managed operations is the most useful next conversation.

What happens next

  1. 1

We review the request and delivery fit.

  2. 2

    A qualified request receives a fit-call invitation.

  3. 3

The conversation defines scope, ownership and next steps.

Do not include passwords, recovery codes, personal data or sensitive incident details.

Use a company email so we can understand the organization behind the request.

What do you need help with?

A short business-level description is enough. Do not send credentials or confidential records.

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your consultation request. See our Privacy Notice for details.

Submitting starts a human review. It does not guarantee a meeting slot or immediate quote.
